Kue Nestar Keju

Bahan :
• 175 margarin
• 3 kuning telur
• 150 gram keju edam parut
• ¼ sdt garam
• 175 gram tepung terigu
• 30 gram tepung meizena, ayak
• 1 kuning telur untuk olesan 25 gram keju cheddar, parut untuk taburan

Selai Nenas :
• 1 buah nanas parut
• 125 gram gula pasir
• 5 butir cengkeh
• 3 cm kayu manis

Cara Membuat :
1. Selai nenas : parut nanas, masak bersama gula pasir, cengkih, dan kyu manis hingga mongering, angkat.
2. Siapkan Loyang pipih, olesi dengan margarine, sisihkan.
3. Kocok margarine hingga mengembang. Masukkan telur dan terus kocok hingga mengembang.
4. Masukkan tepung maizena dan tepung terigu, aduk rata. Tambahkan keju edam dan gram, aduk rata hingga menjadi adonan yang dapat dibentuk.
5. Ambil 1 sdt adonan,pipihkan. Isi dengan selai bentuk bulat, taruh di atas Loyang, beri jarak, olesi dengan kuning telur dan taburi keju cheddar parut.
6. Panggang dalam oven dengan temperature 160 derajat celcius selama 15 menit hingga matang.
7. Dinginkan, setelah dingin dalam setoples yg kedap udara.

Nestar Cheese Cake

Material:
• 175 margarine
• 3 egg yolks
• 150 grams of grated Edam cheese
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 175 grams wheat flour
• 30 grams of flour meizena, sifter
• 1 egg yolk to spread 25 grams of cheddar cheese, grated for topping

Pineapple jam:
• 1 pineapple shredded
• 125 grams granulated sugar
• 5 cloves grain
• 3 inches of cinnamon

How to Make:
1. Jam: grated pineapple, cooked with sugar, cloves, and sweet kyu until dried, lift.
2. Prepare a flat baking pan, spread with margarine, set aside.
3. Beat margarine until fluffy. Add the eggs and continue to beat until fluffy.
4. Enter the cornstarch and flour and stir well. Add cheese, Edam and gram, stir until the dough can be formed.
5. Take 1 teaspoon dough, pipihkan. Fill with jam forms a round, place on a baking sheet, give the distance, spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
6. Bake in an oven with temperatures of 160th degrees centigrade for 15 minutes until cooked.
7. Chill, after chilling in a jar who airtight.
