Kue Batang Keju
Bahan :
• 125 gram butter
• 75 gram margarine
• 250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
• 75 gram keju tua, diparut.
• 50 gram keju cedar, parut
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• ¼ sdt vanili bubuk 1 kuning telur
• Susu bubuk

Olesan dan Tabura :
• 1 kuning telur
• 50 gram keju cedar, diparut.

Cara Membuat :
1. Campur butter, margarine, tepung terigu, susu bubuk, keju uta, keju parut, dan garam. Aduk – aduk memakai 2 bilah pisau hingga menjadi adonan berbutir – butir.
2. Masukan kuning telur, aduk rata. Pipihkan adonan. Gilas hingga adonan setebal ½ cm. potong – potong adonan berukuran 4 x 2 cm.
3. Olesi permukaan kue dengan kuning telur, taburi keju parut di atasnya hingga rata. Tekan sedikit agar keju agak melekat.
4. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga masak dan kuning kecoklatan. Akan, dinginkan. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
