Kue Bengket Wijen

Bahan :
• 200 gram tepung kanji
• 100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
• 6 lembar daun jeruk
• 100 gram gula pasir
• 100 gram gula merah, sisir
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• ¼ vanili bubuk
• 100 gram kelapa parut kering
• 1 ½ sdt bumbu lapis legit
• 75 gram mentega
• 3 lembar daun pandan, potong – potong
• 2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas, untuk olesan
• 20 gram wijen, untuk taburan.

Cara Membuat :
1. Sangrai tepung kanji, tepung terigu, daun jeruk, daun pandan sambil diaduk – aduk hingga daun jeruk dan pandan setengah kering. Angkat, dinginkan, ayak, buang daun.
2. Kocok telur, gula pasir, gula merah, vanili dan garam hingga kental. Masukkan tepung sangria, kelapa parut, dan bumbu lapis legit, aduk.
3. Tambah mentega sambil diaduk hingga adonan rata dan bias dibentuk. Sisihkan.
4. Gilas adonan setebal 1 cm. tusuk – tusuk permukaannya memakai garpu, cetak bentuk bunga (diameter 3 cm).
5. Olesi permukaan kue dengan telur kocok, taburi wijen di atasnya. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan lalu simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
