Biscuit Cokelat Chip
Bahan :
• 100 gram bulter
• 50 gram margarine
• 75 gram gula halus
• 75 gram gula pasir
• 25 gram susu bubuk coklat
• ½ sdt esens vanili
• ½ sdt garam halus
• 2 kuning telur
• 50 gram cokelat keeping ( chocolate chip )
• 150 gram kacang mete sengrai, potong kecil
Campur, ayak :
• 200 gram tepung terigu berprotein rendah
• 50 gram tepung meizena
• ½ sdt baking powder
Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok butter, margarine, guka halus, gula bubuk, susu bubuk cokelat, esens vanili, dan garam hingga lembut.
2. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk. Masukkan terigu campur, aduk rata. Tambahkan cokelat keeping dan kacang mete, aduk rata.
3. Bulat bulatkan adonan menggunakan sendok. Pipihkan sedikit.
4. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Angkat, simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
5. Beri cokelat keeping dan kacang mete di atasnya. Tekan sedikit agar menempel.
