Kue Emping Kurma
Bahan :• 200 gram mentega
• 150 gram gula bubuk, diayak
• 50 gram susu bubuk full cream
• ¼ sdt esens vanili
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• 3 butir telur, kocok lepas
• 150 gram tepung terigu berprotein rendah
• 75 gram emping melinjo, digoreng, dihancurkan kasar
• 75 gramkurma tanpa biji, dipotong dadu kecil
• 75 gram kacang tanah, disangrai, kupas, cicang kasar
Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok mentega, gula bubuk, susu bubuk, vanili dan garam hingga lembut. Masukkan telur, kocok hingga rata.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata. Tambah emping melinjo, kurma, dan kacang tanahngga kue matang. Dinginkan sampai aduk hingga rata.
3. Bulat – bulatkan adonan menggunakan 2 buah sendo makan. Panggang dalam oven panas, dinginkan lalu simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

How to Make:
