Kue Kering Sagu Keju

Bahan :
• 450 gram tepung sagu
• 175 gram gula dihaluskan
• 1 butir telur
• 50 gram keju cheddar parut
• ¼ sdt vanili
• 25 gram margarine
• 275 gram mentega



Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok margarine, mentega dan gula halus hingga putih dan lembut. Tambahkan telur, kocok kembali hingga rata.
2. Masukkan keju sambil terus dikocok hingga halus. Masukkan tepung sagu dan vanili, aduk rata dengan sendok kayu.
3. Masukkan adonan ke dalam penyemprut kue. Tutup dengan spuit bintang atau kembang.
4. Cetak adonan di atas Loyang datar yang sudah diolesi margarine. Taburi dengan keju. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 18 derajat celcius selama 45 menit hingga kuning dan renyah. Simpan segera dalam toples atau wadah tertutup.

Sago Cheese Pastry

Material:
• 450 grams of corn starch
• 175 grams of refined sugar
• 1 egg
• 50 grams grated cheddar cheese
• ¼ tsp vanilla
• 25 grams of margarine
• 275 grams butter



How to Make:
1. Beat margarine, butter and powdered sugar until white and creamy. Add eggs, beat again until blended.
2. Insert the cheese while continuing to stir smooth. Enter sago flour and vanilla, stir with wooden spoon.
3. Put the mixture into the cake penyemprut. Cover with a syringe of stars or flowers.
4. Print the dough on a flat baking sheet that has been smeared margarine. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven temperature to 18 degrees centigrade for 45 minutes until the yellow and crunchy. Store immediately in a closed jar or container.
