Kue Putri Salju

Bahan :
• 175 gram margarine
• 3 kuning telur
• 100 gram keju edam parut ¼ sdt garam
• 175 gram tepung terigu
• Ayak 30 gram tepung maezena

Teburan :
• 350 gram gula bubuk

Cara membuat :
1. Siapkan Loyang pipih, olesi dengan margarine, sisihkan.
2. Kocok margarine hingga mengembang, masukkan telur dan kocok hingga mengembang.
3. Masukan tepung terigu, maezena, aduk rata, tambah kezu edam dan garam, aduk rata hingga menjadi adonan yang dapat dibentuk.
4. Ambil 1sdt adonan, bentuk bola, taruh diatas Loyang, beri jarak.
5. Panggang dalam oven dengan temperature 160 derajat celcius selama 15 menit hingga matang.
6. Dinginkan, taburi dan lumuri dengan gula bubuk, hingga seluruh bagian kue tertutup gula bubuk, simpan dalam setoples kedap udara.

Method:
