Kue Kering Macaroon Kelapa

Bahan :
• 2 butir telur
• 180 gram gula pasir halus
• ¼ sendok the cream of tartar
• 150 gram kelapa parut kering
• 75 gram kacang mete disangrai dan kemudian dicincang

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 150 derajat celcius, siapkan Loyang pipih, alasi dengan kertas roti, sisihkan.
2. Kocok putih telur bersama cream of tartar, masukkan gula pasir halus sedikit demi sedikit, sambil terus dikocok hingga mengembang dan kaku, kocok selama 10 – 15 menit.
3. Masukkan mete dan kelapa parut, aduklah hingga rata.
4. Mulailah mencetak adonan dengan menggunakan 2 buah sendok the. Bentuklah dengan bulat.
5. Panggang selama 45 – 60 menit, jika terlalu panas buka sedikit pintu oven. Panggang terus hingga kue mongering dan matang. Keluarkan dari oven, setelah dingin angkat dri Loyang.
6. Simpan dalam wadah yang kedap udara.

Pastry Coconut macaroon

Material:
• 2 eggs
• 180 grams sugar
• ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
• 150 grams of dried shredded coconut
• 75 grams cashew nuts roasted and then chopped

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees centigrade, prepare a flat pan, pad with baking paper and set aside.
