Keripik Jagung Mete

Bahan :
• 150 gram margarine
• 100 gram gula bubuk
• 1 kuning telur
• 125gram tepung terigu
• ½ gram tepung terigu
• ½ sdt esens vanili
• 50 gram corn flakes
• 75 gram kacang mete, sangria, cincang kasar.

Cara Membuat :
1. Siapkan Loyang pipih, olesi dengan margarine, sisihkan.
2. Kocok margarine bersama gula bubuk hingga lembut, masukkan kuning telur, kocok hingga lembut.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu dan esens vanili, aduk rata, tambahkan kripik jagung dan kacang mete, aduk rata.
4. Cetak adonan sesendo makan, taruh di Loyang, beri jarak. Panggang dalam oven dengan temperature 160 derajat celcius selama 15 menit, atau hingga kecokelatan, angkat dinginkan.
5. Simpan dalam toples kedap udara.

• 125gram flour
• ½ grams of wheat flour
• ½ tsp vanilla essence
• 50 grams of corn flakes
• 75 grams cashew nuts, sangria, roughly chopped.

How to Make:
1. Prepare a flat baking pan, spread with margarine, set aside.
2. Beat margarine, powdered sugar together until soft, put the egg yolks, beat until smooth.
3. Enter the flour and vanilla essence, stir well, add corn chips and nuts, mix well.
